The Valenti-Held Group is growing again. We are pleased to announce several new hires at the Valenti-Held Group.
Our civil engineering company, “Innovative Engineering & Consulting, Inc.” recently hired Bob Gaffer, MS, EI. Bob will fill several roles at Innovative including lead designer, hydraulic engineer, quality assurance along with other duties. Bob is a graduate of Purdue University’s Engineering program.
Valenti-Held Contractor/Developer, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Sean LeMaster and Tammy Sattler. Sean has been added as an estimator to help with the increased opportunities that we are bidding on. He is a graduate of IUPUI and has several years of experience in the construction field. Currently, Sean is being tutored by our senior estimator and learning the ropes as well as spending time in the field observing the actual construction in progress.
Tammy Sattler has joined the Valenti-Held Group as a payroll accountant. Tammy is responsible for processing payroll for the operating entities. Tammy has several years of experience in the accounting field.
